We have published the results of a study on Poles' attitudes towards online shopping and returns. The report reveals how consumers perceive the limits of honest behavior and how conscious they are of environmental impacts.
Key observations:
- 35% tested does not exclude the return of a used product,
- 61% accepts limiting returns to customers who abuse this option,
- 70% believes that mass returns are a real environmental problem.
