Customer service quality standard management

We conducted a periodic Mystery Shopping audit at the client's retail locations across Poland. Mystery Shopper audits were conducted in four areas: the general department, the cosmetics department, the pharmacy, and the checkout area, according to two scenarios and separate visits (separately to the pharmacy and drugstore sections), ensuring a natural auditor experience. The Mystery Shopper visits were conducted by trained auditors.
