Taming robots
An autonomous food delivery robot in Helsinki crashed into a parked car and then fled the scene. According to "Rzeczpospolita," the robot attempted to escape a snowbank, striking the car several times in the process, and then drove away without reporting the incident.

It's also important to note that in some areas, such as customer service, robots can operate continuously, providing high-quality, consistent service, which in turn can translate into increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
While moderate enthusiasm for robots in customer service is noticeable, it's worth emphasizing that much depends on how these technologies develop and what new opportunities they offer. As robots become increasingly advanced and effective, social acceptance of their presence and role in society will undoubtedly increase. In this way, social familiarity and positive experiences with robots can contribute to an even greater openness to their presence and acceptance of them as an integral part of our daily lives.
