I'm convinced this is the right direction. 👌 Shorter, yet significantly more effective working hours, so that people enjoy coming to work, but also have free time for themselves. In Poland, a pioneer in shortening working hours and improving employee productivity is Lukasz Szymula from Tradedoubler Polska. He's implementing shorter and more flexible working hours, and the results are already positively surprising. 🙂
