Price yes, but customer experience is becoming increasingly important.

🚕 The discussion about taxis versus ridesharing is stirring up a lot of emotions. Our research for the Consumer Forum Foundation shows that In addition to price, customers expect predictability of services, route certainty, knowledge of the fee in advance, and convenience and simplicity of use. And this is exactly what Uber and Bolt can provide, but it turns out that so can some applications from traditional taxi companies.

📲 It's true that taxi apps still have a long way to go to become customer-friendly. Therefore, it's good that customers have a choice. Initially, the main motivator for using taxis was the low price. However, each solution (taxi vs. ride-hailing) still has its supporters. The winner will be the one who provides good and useful solutions.
